OBIEE 10G to 11G (11.1.1.6) upgrade issue

Hi Folks,

Recently I upgraded OBIEE 10g Reports and dashboards to OBIEE 11.1.1.6 . After upgrading I was facing  two weird problem.

1)  When I click on catalog button on the menu whole screen is becoming blue as shown below.



 If you see the left down corner of the IE. It says done with some errors. when you double click  on that one and the error is shown  as below.

If I open the OBIEE browser in Firefox (or) Chrome Everything was perfect.  In my organization they use IE only. So I need to fix this issue in IE.

 2) When I click on different tabs on the dashboard pages. I was not able to navigate. What ever tab I click I was returning to the same first tab.

Solution for both the problems : 

Clear the IE Browser Cache

Doesn't work : if you go to tools > internet options and  browsing history > delete.

Some how this is not doing the trick


Works :  Open IE > Press F12 >  Go to the cache menu > click on delete browser cache.

Now everything opens Normal.

  2. We are also experiencing the same issue.
    We just upgraded from 11.1.1.6.12 to 11.1.1.7.141014.

    We have tried clearing the browser cache but this doesn't work. It also happens in all browsers for one of our environments.
